Baby Lounge with Pierce County Family Connects & Madrona PT!

Hosted on the 2nd Friday of Each Month.
Next Session: May 9th @ 1:30pm.

Bring yourself, your baby, and build community! During a baby lounge gathering, you will be able to ask a health professional your questions and meet other new parents in Pierce County in a safe environment. Pregnant / expecting families and families with children ages 0-1 are welcome!

Join Dr. Angie every Monday from 11:15am to 12:15pm for a one hour session of resistance training, low impact cardio and balance training.

This program is specifically designed to improve bone density and increase muscular strength. It will greatly benefit those who have osteopenia or osteoporosis or those who worry about loss of muscle mass. Let’s build strength and confidence together!

Want to get back into exercise after baby, but not sure where to start? Want to maintain your health safely while pregnant?

Join us at Madrona for perinatal friendly circuit training with Dr. Sara Sampson, PT, DPT! Dr. Sara is an athlete, and new mom herself, who understand the importance of returning to activity safely after baby and staying active while navigating pregnancy changes. Stations will include low impact but high intensity cardio, weight lifting and core training.

One of the many benefits of small group exercise is that movements can be easily scaled and individualized so you get the benefits of working out with others, while having your session work best for you.
