Baby Lounge with Pierce County Family Connects & Madrona PT!

Friday August 8th, 1:30-3:00pm

Bring yourself, your baby, and build community! During a baby lounge gathering, you will be able to ask a health professional your questions and meet other new parents in Pierce County in a safe environment. Pregnant / expecting families and families with children ages 0-1 are welcome!

Back by popular demand, Kelly Jo of Knead Wellness Collective will be joining us for August! Learn gentle, infant massage techniques so you can not only help your baby physically but build that deep connection with them.

Join Dr. Angie every Monday from 11:15am to 12:15pm for a one hour session of resistance training, low impact cardio and balance training.

This program is specifically designed to improve bone density and increase muscular strength. It will greatly benefit those who have osteopenia or osteoporosis or those who worry about loss of muscle mass. Let’s build strength and confidence together!

Want to get back into exercise after baby, but not sure where to start? Want to maintain your health safely while pregnant?

Join Dr. Liz Rogers, PT, DPT each Wednesday, beginning 8/20, for fun and effective workouts for those who are pregnant, newly postpartum, or were pregnant years ago...that you can bring your baby to!

Circuits will include a mix of low impact, but high intensity cardio, weight lifting, and core training to empower you to return to activity safely, with the guidance of an expert. Classes are gentle enough for all skill levels, and we can easily modify your movements to make this workout work best for you.
