Bone Health & Strength Training Workout Class
Mondays from 11:15am - 12:15pm
$20 per session, but your first class is free!
Drop in style, no sign up required.

Join Dr. Angie every Monday from 11:15am to 12:15pm for a one hour session of resistance training, low impact cardio and balance training.
This program is specifically designed to improve bone density and increase muscular strength. It will greatly benefit those who have osteopenia or osteoporosis or those who worry about loss of muscle mass.
Let’s build strength and confidence together!
Baby Lounge w/ PCECN and Madrona PT
2nd Friday of the Month: Next Session is 01/09 from 1:30 - 3pm
Bring yourself, your baby, and build community! During a baby lounge gathering, you will be able to ask a health professional your questions and meet other new parents in Pierce County in a safe environment. Pregnant / expecting families and families with children ages 0-1 are welcome!

FREE Diastasis Recti (DRA) Screening!

DRA (Diastasis Recti) or abdominal separation is very common after delivery, and usually will close up on it’s own as your body recovers…but occasionally it doesn’t and you need a little extra support to avoid or treat pelvic floor symptoms (yes, your abdomen can affect the pelvic floor!)

Info Session & Networking Event for Birth Professionals
Monday 01/12/26 from 6:30 - 8:00pm
This session, hosted by Laura Meader and Maggie Holland who are both mental health professionals, is for birth professionals navigating anxious clients. They will go over how to spot anxiety & depression that gets in the way of your work, and what to do about it.
There will be light refreshments, and the opportunity to ask your questions and network with other birth professionals.
